The great thing about having international clients and a vendor based in Los Angeles means our team has opportunities throughout the year to travel to different destinations around the world. A majority of the trips we take are focused on networking with industry leaders and colleagues from different locations within our organization however we always make sure to invest time into fun, team-building trips where we do not need to pack our suits.

In addition to the major US destinations (New York, LA, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas) we also travel internationally, most recently Bahamas, London UK, Cancun, Puerto Rico and this year; Punta Cana.

We highly value top performers and will often incentivize employees with opportunities to attend specific events. Individuals who display a high level of commitment and leadership have multiple opportunities to attend our travel commitments prior to getting promoted to the Management team.
